It’s been a while I know but I have been busy preparing for the Retail Expo last week at Earls Court. If you already follow our Twitter, you will know we had a good show and lots of favourable press coverage. So I thought I would just mention a couple of things we learned whilst we were there.

Mobile commerce has been a big media buzzy thing for ages. ‘Game Changing’, ‘mustn’t be left out’ and other such epithets regularly litter the retail press. It is very difficult for most retailers not to think that here is yet another thing they are clearly failing at.
